IAM-20680 is an AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified automotive-grade 6-axis inertial measurement unit from TDK InvenSense, integrating a 3-axis MEMS gyroscope and 3-axis MEMS accelerometer inside a miniature 3×3×0.75mm 16-pin LGA thin surface-mount package shipped on standard tape reel, fully RoHS compliant and MSL1 rated for stable mass SMT assembly.
