ICM-20602 TDK InvenSense Low-Power 6-Axis MEMS IMU

ICM-20602 is a cost-effective commercial 6-axis MotionTracking inertial measurement unit from TDK InvenSense, integrating a 3-axis gyroscope and 3-axis accelerometer inside a compact 3mm×3mm×0.75mm 16-pin LGA surface-mount package shipped with tape-and-reel packaging, fully RoHS compliant and MSL1 moisture rated for stable high-volume SMT production. It adopts wafer-level bonded CMOS-MEMS manufacturing, supports dual independent power rails VDD and VDDIO from 1.71V to 3.45V, and operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Equipped with native 16-bit high-resolution ADCs for precise motion signal conversion, this mid-performance IMU balances low system cost, small form factor and moderate noise performance for mainstream consumer and IoT embedded motion detection systems.

It acts as the standard motion sensing component widely deployed in wearable fitness trackers, smart wristbands, portable Bluetooth remote controllers, low-end drone auxiliary attitude modules, IoT tilt and vibration sensor nodes, toy motion control boards, and compact portable gimbal auxiliary stabilization hardware, delivering dependable orientation, acceleration and shake detection for cost-sensitive battery-powered consumer electronic and small-scale embedded systems.
