Operating at a maximum clock frequency of 200 MHz with a commercial temperature range (0°C to +70°C), it features in-system programmability via JTAG, unlimited reprogramming cycles, and on-chip clock management resources, making it ideal for replacing ASICs in high-volume applications while reducing development costs and risks.

It integrates 30,000 equivalent gates with 1,368 logic elements and 576 CLBs, providing 18,432 bits of distributed RAM for flexible on-chip data storage and 113 user I/Os compliant with LVTTL, LVCMOS, and PCI standards. The device operates at 3.3V core voltage (3.0V–3.6V range) with 5V-tolerant I/Os, supporting a 200 MHz maximum system clock and featuring on-chip oscillator and phase-locked loops (PLLs) for precise clock generation and management.
