The ICE5GR2280AGXUMA1 is a high-performance 2-channel gallium nitride (GaN) integrated flyback AC-DC converter developed by Infineon Technologies, belonging to the advanced CoolGaN™ CoolSET™ product family, housed in a compact 12-pin BSOP surface-mount package with an exposed thermal pad to deliver exceptional heat dissipation for continuous high-efficiency operation in high-density power supply designs. This device integrates an 800V avalanche-rated CoolGaN power switch, supports a 9V to 26V Vcc supply voltage range, operates at a configurable 65kHz to 130kHz switching frequency, and delivers a maximum 65W output power with a peak 94% full-load efficiency, featuring built-in adaptive frequency reduction, valley switching, soft start and active X-capacitor discharge functions to minimize standby power consumption and reduce external BOM count. 

It integrates comprehensive fault protection mechanisms including cycle-by-cycle peak current limiting, output short-circuit protection, over-temperature shutdown, input over-voltage and under-voltage lockout, and meets the latest eco-design regulations, covering a full industrial-grade operating temperature range from -40°C to +150°C at the junction temperature. This component is fully RoHS and REACH compliant, widely deployed in high-density USB PD chargers, GaN travel adapters, industrial auxiliary power supplies and slim consumer electronics power modules, delivering ultra-high efficiency and compact form factor for modern low-to-medium power offline power conversion applications.
