IRPS5401MTRPBF, manufactured by Infineon, is an integrated high-density multi-channel power management unit designed for complex multi-rail power supply systems of FPGAs, ASICs and central processing chips, integrating 4 configurable switching DC-DC regulators and 1 bidirectional source-sink LDO to deliver up to 5 independent stable output voltages, supporting single input voltage from 5.5V to 12V, flexible output voltage adjustment ranging 0.25V-5.1V for switching channels and 0.5V-3.6V for linear channel, and it can match external power stages to boost maximum output current up to 50A, adopting compact 7×7mm 56-pin QFN package with excellent space utilization and stable power supply performance for high-density embedded and industrial computing power architectures.
