Designed for instant-on operation without external configuration memory, it integrates dual configuration flash and user flash memory, supporting industrial temperature ranges from -40°C to +100°C. This FPGA combines high logic density, embedded memory, and analog integration, making it ideal for system management, I/O expansion, communication control planes, and cost-sensitive industrial, automotive, and consumer applications.

It integrates 8,000 logic elements with 500 logic array blocks (LABs), 387Kbits of embedded block RAM, and two phase-locked loops (PLLs) for clock management, delivering high-speed performance up to 472.5MHz at a 1.2V core supply. The device provides 246 flexible I/Os supporting multiple voltage standards (1.2V–3.3V) with on-chip termination (OCT) and bus-hold capabilities, alongside an integrated 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) for analog signal monitoring.
