The NCS2001SQ1T1, manufactured by onsemi (formerly ON Semiconductor), is a pioneering single operational amplifier recognized as the industry's first sub-one-volt op-amp, engineered to deliver reliable performance in ultra-low-voltage portable and battery-powered systems. Housed in a compact 5-pin SC-88A surface-mount package (also known as SC-70-5 or SOT-353), this CMOS device operates from a single supply voltage as low as 0.9 V up to 7.0 V, or from dual supplies of ±0.45 V to ±3.5 V. The NCS2001SQ1T1 is specified over an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and delivers a gain bandwidth product of 1.4 MHz with a slew rate of 1.6 V/µs. 

The NCS2001SQ1T1 distinguishes itself through its exceptional rail-to-rail input common-mode voltage range and rail-to-rail output drive capability, ensuring maximum dynamic signal swing even at the lowest supply voltages. Key precision specifications include a trimmed input offset voltage of 500 µV (typical), an extremely low input bias current of 10 pA, and a supply current of just 820 µA per channel. The device features no output phase reversal with overdriven inputs, ensuring stable operation under signal saturation conditions. Additional performance characteristics include a common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 60 dB, a power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 55 dB, and an open-loop voltage gain of 92 dB.
