Introducing the AD8314ARMZ-REEL7, a high-performance logarithmic amplifier with a wide dynamic range and fast response time. This amplifier is designed to accurately measure RF and microwave power levels in a variety of applications. Featuring a frequency range of 0.1 MHz to 2.5 GHz, the AD8314ARMZ-REEL7 offers a dynamic range of up to 70 dB, allowing for precise power measurements even at low input power levels. With its fast response time of 20 ns, it ensures real-time power detection, making it suitable for high-speed applications. This logarithmic amplifier operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V power supply, making it easy to integrate into existing systems.
