ADXL356TEZ-EP is an AQEC-qualified low-noise low-drift 3-axis analog-output MEMS accelerometer from Analog Devices, built for aerospace, defense and high-reliability industrial measurement systems, supplied in a hermetically sealed 14-lead 6×5.6×2.2 mm CLLCC tray package with controlled manufacturing baseline, single fabrication and assembly site for consistent military-grade performance, operating reliably across an extreme temperature span of -55°C to +125°C and fully compliant with RoHS and ECOPACK environmental standards.

The integrated internal LDO regulator supports 2.25 V to 3.6 V main supply, with optional 1.8 V analog/digital bypass rails, consuming only 21 µA in standby mode and 150 µA during active measurement to extend battery-powered mission lifespans, paired with adjustable analog output bandwidth up to 1.5 kHz and a built-in temperature sensor for real-time thermal compensation of acceleration readings. Its resonant frequency hits 5.5 kHz with low cross-axis sensitivity under 1% and excellent linearity below 0.1% within ±10 g range, while the sealed ceramic housing suppresses mechanical stress and delivers outstanding long-term stability critical for satellite attitude sensors, aircraft vibration recorders, defense inertial modules and industrial condition monitoring equipment that demand high shock survivability and long-term measurement accuracy without frequent recalibration.
