A3941KLPTR-T N-channel MOSFET driver 

A3941KLPTR-T is an automotive-qualified full-bridge N-channel MOSFET driver from Allegro MicroSystems that integrates high-side bootstrap, cross-conduction protection and programmable dead-time in 28-TSSOP-EP package, delivering up to 50 V gate-drive capability for 12 V / 24 V motor, solenoid and relay applications. Operating from 5.5 V to 50 V supply, it sources/sinks 1 A gate current, achieving 90 ns typical turn-off delay and < 20 ns matched propagation skew, enabling switching frequencies up to 500 kHz with minimal shoot-through loss while meeting AEC-Q100 Grade-0 (–40 °C to +150 °C) requirements without external level-shifters .

The device provides two bootstrap pins with integrated 80 V diodes, allowing 100 % duty-cycle on high-side MOSFETs and eliminating discrete HV capacitors; programmable dead-time (50 – 500 ns) and cross-conduction lockout prevent simultaneous conduction, cutting EMI and power loss in inductive loads. Internal VGS clamp (15 V), undervoltage lock-out on both gate supplies and cycle-by-cycle over-current limit via external sense resistor protect external FETs and load, while a TTL-compatible enable, direction and PWM inputs accept 3.3 V MCU signals directly, simplifying BOM and PCB routing in space-constrained ECUs.
