The XC95108-10TQ100I is a high-performance CPLD from Xilinx (now part of AMD), belonging to the XC9500 series. It features 108 macrocells, equivalent to 2400 usable gates, enabling the implementation of medium-complexity logic functions such as state machines, interface protocol conversion, and timing control. Adopting EEPROM technology, it achieves non-volatile storage, ensuring data retention after power-off and instant startup without external configuration chips. With a 10ns maximum propagation delay (-10 speed grade), JTAG in-system programming (ISP) support (over 100 erase/write cycles), and 84 user I/O pins, it is packaged in a 100-pin TQFP (Thin Quad Flat Package) for compact, high-density embedded designs.

Operating at a 4.5V to 5.5V internal supply voltage, the XC95108-10TQ100I supports 3.3V/5V mixed I/O voltages, compatible with TTL, LVCMOS, and LVTTL standards. It operates reliably across -40°C to 85°C industrial temperature range, with high-drive 24mA outputs and slew rate control on individual outputs for signal integrity. Compliant with RoHS standards, it features robust ESD protection and programmable power reduction mode, reducing power consumption while maintaining stable performance, suitable for harsh industrial environments and low-power embedded systems.
