The XCVU9P-2FLGA2104E is a high-performance field-programmable gate array (FPGA) manufactured by AMD (formerly Xilinx), belonging to the Virtex UltraScale+ series, built on advanced 16nm FinFET+ process technology. Housed in a 2104-pin FCBGA (Flip-Chip Ball Grid Array) surface-mount package, it operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, with a core supply voltage of 0.825V to 0.876V and 3.3V I/O supply voltage. It includes clock management modules (MMCM, PLL) for precise timing control, dynamic power management with voltage scaling and clock gating, and in-system programmability for flexible design updates. The fpga supports high-speed interfaces such as 100G/400G Ethernet and OIF CEI-56G standards, making it ideal for data-intensive tasks. Its rich on-chip memory (270Mb UltraRAM and 38.5Mb Block RAM) meets large data caching needs, while the abundant DSP slices enable high-throughput digital signal processing, with full compatibility with AMD Vivado Design Suite and Vitis HLS for streamlined development.
