AD4630-24BBCZ is a high-performance 24-bit dual-channel simultaneous sampling SAR ADC launched by Analog Devices, packed in 7mm×7mm 64-ball CSP_BGA BBCZ housing with built-in internal supply and reference bypass capacitors to shrink PCB space, rated for -40°C to +125°C full industrial temperature range, supporting 4.096V to 5V external VREF and dual 5V analog / 1.2V–1.8V digital logic power rails, adopting proprietary Easy Drive technology with only 0.6μA DC input current to cut external signal buffer demands, delivering 2MSPS maximum per-channel sampling rate, guaranteed ±0.9ppm full-temperature INL without missing 24-bit codes, typical 105.7dB SNR, -127dB THD and -166dBFS/Hz NSD, with dynamic power scaling from 15mW at full speed down to 1.5mW under low 10kSPS sampling, integrated low-drift reference buffer and programmable averaging filter to boost effective resolution up to 30 bits for ultra-precise analog signal digitization.
