The AD8422ARMZ is a high-precision, low-power, rail-to-rail output instrumentation amplifier (in-amp) from Analog Devices, designed as a third-generation upgrade to the industry-standard AD620. It operates over a wide 4.6V to 36V single-supply or ±2.3V to ±18V dual-supply range, with a ultra-low 330μA maximum quiescent current, delivering exceptional performance per microamp. Featuring 8nV/√Hz input noise at 1kHz, 0.5ppm nonlinearity, 150dB minimum CMRR at high gain, and a gain range of 1 to 1000, it offers outstanding DC precision and AC performance. Housed in a compact 8-lead MSOP package, it supports the -40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range, providing robust input overvoltage protection and rail-to-rail output for portable, industrial, and medical precision signal conditioning applications.
