The ADP150AUJZ-3.3-R7 is an ultralow noise,LDO linear voltage regulator that delivers a fixed 3.3 V output with up to 150 mA of load current from an input supply range of 2.2 V to 5.5 V. The ADP150AUJZ-3.3-R7 features an impressive ultralow noise performance of 9 µV rms (independent of output voltage) without requiring an additional noise bypass capacitor, setting it apart from conventional LDO designs. With an initial output voltage accuracy of ±1%, the device maintains exceptional regulation across temperature, load, and line variations. The regulator is fully protected with current limit, short-circuit protection, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO), ensuring robust operation under adverse conditions.
