It features a uniform 4 KB sector erase architecture (totaling 512 sectors) and offers a typical endurance of 100,000 program/erase cycles per sector with 20-year data retention, ensuring long-term reliability for firmware storage in industrial and consumer electronics.

This memory chip is engineered for speed and robustness. Its Quad I/O (QPI) capability allows for efficient data transfer rates equivalent to 532 Mbit/s, significantly reducing boot and loading times for modern microcontrollers.
