The ICE5AR3995BZXKLA1 is a high-performance quasi-resonant flyback AC-DC converter and offline switcher developed by Infineon Technologies, belonging to the advanced CoolSET™ product family, housed in a 7-pin DSO surface-mount package with an exposed thermal pad to deliver efficient heat dissipation for continuous medium-power operation in cost-effective power supply designs. 

This chip integrates a 700V avalanche-rated power MOSFET, supports a 10V to 25.5V Vcc supply voltage range, operates at a configurable 65kHz to 130kHz quasi-resonant switching frequency, and delivers a maximum 20W output power with a peak 92% full-load efficiency, featuring built-in adaptive frequency reduction, valley switching, soft start and active X-capacitor discharge functions to minimize standby power consumption and reduce external BOM count. It integrates comprehensive fault protection mechanisms including cycle-by-cycle peak current limiting, output short-circuit protection, over-temperature shutdown, input over-voltage and under-voltage lockout, and meets the latest eco-design regulations, covering a full industrial-grade operating temperature range from -40°C to +150°C at the junction temperature. This component is widely deployed in consumer electronics chargers, LED driver power supplies, industrial automation auxiliary power modules and home appliance control boards, delivering high efficiency and long-term reliability for low-to-medium power offline power conversion applications.
