The TC377TP96F300SAALXUMA1 is an Infineon AURIX 2nd-generation 32-bit automotive microcontroller based on the TriCore 1.6.2P unified RISC+DSP architecture, featuring three main CPU cores running at 300MHz plus two lockstep checker cores for ASIL-D/SIL-3 functional safety. It integrates 6MB of ECC-protected program Flash, up to 1.1MB of ECC-protected SRAM (including per-core DSPR/PSPR scratchpads and 32KB instruction + 16KB data caches), and is developed and documented per ISO 26262/IEC 61508 to support the most stringent safety-integrity levels. The device also embeds an eVita Full Hardware Security Module (HSM) with ECC256 and SHA2 acceleration, a Safety Management Unit (SMU), Memory Test Unit (MTU) with MBIST/ECC, and an I/O Monitor (IOM), together delivering deterministic, security-rich computation for powertrain, chassis, ADAS, and zone/domain controller ECUs.
