The TDA21490AUMA1 from Infineon Technologies is a highly integrated smart power stage designed for robust and reliable voltage regulator designs in high-performance computing applications. This chip combines a synchronous buck gate-driver IC co-packaged with high-side and low-side OptiMOS™ power MOSFETs in a thermally efficient PG-IQFN-39 package (5x6 mm).
