EPM3128ATI100-10N Description
The multifunctional programmable logic device EPM3128ATI100-10N in the MAX®3000A series is packaged in a convenient tray and in a 100-TQFP package with 100 pins. With its in-system programmable (ISP) capability, the EPM3128ATI100-10N enables simple and flexible programming. It has a maximum latency of 10ns, ensuring an efficient and fast response. In order to ensure stable and reliable operation, the internal power supply voltage should be maintained between 3V and 3.6V.
With 8 logic elements/blocks, 128 macro cells, 2500 gates and 80 I/O options, the device provides ample resources for implementing complex logic functions. It can be operated in a variety of operating environments with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C (TA) and a humidity sensitivity rating (MSL) of 3(168 hours).
