The ICE40LP4K-CM225 is a low-power high-performance field-programmable gate array (FPGA) developed by Lattice Semiconductor, belonging to the iCE40 UltraPlus™ product family, housed in a compact 0.5mm pitch 225-ball WLCSP (wafer-level chip-scale package) that delivers a small 3.7mm x 4.0mm footprint and 1.0mm profile for space-constrained portable and embedded system designs.
