The ICE40LP4K-CM225 is a low-power high-performance field-programmable gate array (FPGA) developed by Lattice Semiconductor, belonging to the iCE40 UltraPlus™ product family, housed in a compact 0.5mm pitch 225-ball WLCSP (wafer-level chip-scale package) that delivers a small 3.7mm x 4.0mm footprint and 1.0mm profile for space-constrained portable and embedded system designs. This FPGA chip features 3520 programmable logic cells, 80Kbits embedded block RAM, supports 1.2V core voltage and 1.8V/2.5V/3.3V I/O voltage, integrates eight programmable phase-locked loops, 16 DSP blocks, and provides 64 programmable I/O pins with high-speed LVDS interface support. It features a low-power architecture that consumes as little as 100µA in standby mode, a full industrial-grade operating temperature range from -40°C to +100°C, and includes built-in SPI configuration memory, making it perfectly suited for consumer IoT devices, portable sensors, industrial control interfaces and low-power edge computing applications.
