Housed in a compact 217-pin LFBGA package, it operates at 1.8V core and 3.3V I/O voltage, supporting an industrial temperature range of –40°C to +85°C, making it ideal for embedded systems requiring balanced performance, connectivity, and reliability.

This microprocessor combines robust processing power, flexible memory options, and comprehensive connectivity:

● It delivers 180 MHz ARM926EJ-S core performance with Jazelle technology for efficient Java execution and an MMU for Linux-based systems

● 8KB I-cache, 8KB D-cache, 8KB SRAM, and 32KB ROM enable fast boot and single-cycle data access

● 32-bit EBI supports SDRAM, NAND Flash (with 1-bit ECC), and CompactFlash for scalable storage

● On-chip peripherals include 10/100 Ethernet MAC, USB 2.0 Host/Device, 6 USARTs, 2 SPIs, 1 I2C, and a 4-channel 10-bit ADC
