The AT93C46DN-SH-T is a high-reliability 1Kbit (128x8 or 64x16) serial EEPROM from Microchip Technology (formerly Atmel), designed for low-power, non-volatile data storage in industrial, consumer, and automotive applications. It features a 3-wire serial interface (compatible with Microwire) for simple MCU integration, supporting a maximum 2MHz clock frequency for fast data transfer, and operates over a wide 1.8V–5.5V supply voltage range to adapt to diverse system requirements. Built with advanced CMOS technology, it offers a minimum of 1,000,000 write/erase cycles and 100-year data retention, paired with self-timed write cycles (0.1–10ms) that eliminate the need for a separate erase step.

Operating across a -40°C to 85°C industrial temperature range, the AT93C46DN-SH-T delivers low power consumption with a typical 0.5mA active current (5.0V, 1MHz) and ultra-low standby current, ideal for battery-powered devices. It features 250ns access time, 5pf maximum output capacitance, and robust ESD protection, ensuring stable performance in noisy electrical environments.
