MCP1416T-E/OT Low-Side Gate Driver IC Non-Inverting 

The MCP1416T-E/OT is a high-performance, low-side, non-inverting power MOSFET driver designed by Microchip Technology for driving external N-channel or P-channel MOSFETs/IGBTs in high-frequency switching applications.   Packaged in a compact SOT-23-5 footprint, this device delivers a peak output current of 1.5A (typical) for both sourcing and sinking, enabling rapid charging/discharging of gate capacitances up to 1000pF in under 20ns.   Its wide input voltage range (4.5V–18V) and compatibility with 3.3V/5V logic inputs make it ideal for motor drives, DC-DC converters, and industrial automation systems.   The integrated UVLO (Under-Voltage Lockout) protection ensures stable operation during low-voltage conditions, while its latch-up resistance and ESD tolerance (2kV HBM, 400V MM) enhance reliability in harsh environments.

The MCP1416T-E/OT MOSFET driver excels in power management scenarios requiring fast switching and precise control, including:
