The MP1584EN-LF is a high-frequency, high-efficiency 3A buck switching regulator from Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) that integrates an internal high-side high-voltage power MOSFET to deliver compact and efficient power conversion. Operating from a wide 4.5V to 28V input range with adjustable output from 0.8V to 20V, this device achieves up to 96% conversion efficiency at 1.5MHz switching frequency, enabling the use of small passive components and reduced PCB footprint.
