Designed for low-power and high-frequency applications, it delivers a continuous forward current of 1A, a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 30V, and an ultra-low maximum forward voltage of 560mV at 1A, minimizing conduction losses and improving power conversion efficiency. Encapsulated in a compact 2-pin SOD-323 (SC-76) surface-mount package, it supports automated assembly and space-constrained PCB designs, with an operating junction temperature range of -65°C to +150°C and AEC-Q101 qualification for automotive-grade reliability.
