MIMXRT1052DVL6B Microcontroller IC 32-Bit Single-Core 600MHz 

The MIMXRT1052DVL6B is a high-performance crossover processor from NXP Semiconductors, belonging to the i.MX RT1050 series. It features an Arm® Cortex®-M7 core operating at up to 600 MHz, delivering exceptional computational power typically found in application processors but within a microcontroller-level architecture and power budget. This device is designed for advanced embedded applications requiring robust processing, rich multimedia capabilities, and real-time performance, effectively bridging the gap between traditional MCUs and MPUs. It includes 512 KB of on-chip RAM and supports external memory interfaces for expanded storage.

At its heart is a 600 MHz Arm Cortex-M7 core with double-precision floating-point unit and a L1 cache. It integrates a rich peripheral set including a 2D graphics accelerator, camera interface, LCD display controller (up to WXGA), multiple audio interfaces (SAI, SPDIF), and extensive connectivity options such as dual Ethernet, USB 2.0 OTG, and multiple UARTs/SPIs/I2Cs. It supports external memory via a 16/32-bit SDRAM and Quad SPI/Octal SPI Flash interface.
