NCV7608DQR2G Ultra-Low-Power LDO Regulator

The NCV7608DQR2G is an ultra-low-quiescent-current, low-dropout linear voltage regulator manufactured by ON Semiconductor, housed in a compact SOIC-8 package and qualified to AEC-Q100 automotive standards. Designed for battery-powered and energy-harvesting applications, this device delivers a fixed 3.0V output with a maximum quiescent current of just 1.5µA, enabling extended runtime in portable systems. The regulator operates across a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 10V and maintains a low dropout voltage of 300mV at 150mA load, providing excellent efficiency for low-voltage applications. With an output current capability of 150mA, line regulation of 0.5% typical, and load regulation of 0.1% typical, the NCV7608DQR2G ensures stable, clean power delivery even under varying load conditions. 

The NCV7608DQR2G excels with its industry-leading 1.5µA quiescent current, making it the ideal choice for IoT sensors, wearable devices, and remote monitoring nodes where power conservation is critical.
