The INN2215K is a highly integrated offline CV/CC flyback switcher IC from Power Integrations' InnoSwitch-CP family, designed for compact, high-efficiency isolated power supplies up to 15W. Housed in a 16-pin eSOP surface-mount package, it monolithically integrates a 650 V power MOSFET, primary-side controller, secondary-side controller, and synchronous rectification (SR) driver into a single chip. Utilizing the proprietary FluxLink™ magnetic coupling technology for reinforced isolation feedback (eliminating optocouplers), it achieves exceptional constant voltage (CV) and constant current (CC) regulation with ±5% accuracy. Optimized for fast-charging protocols like USB-PD and QC3.0, it supports wide output voltage ranges (typically 3-15V) and delivers high efficiency across load conditions, with no-load consumption below 10 mW. It is safety certified to UL1577and EN60950 standards with 3500V AC isolation, making it ideal for space-constrained consumer and industrial adapters.
