The INN2215K is a highly integrated offline CV/CC flyback switcher IC from Power Integrations' InnoSwitch-CP family, designed for compact, high-efficiency isolated power supplies up to 15W. Housed in a 16-pin eSOP surface-mount package, it monolithically integrates a 650 V power MOSFET, primary-side controller, secondary-side controller, and synchronous rectification (SR) driver into a single chip. Utilizing the proprietary FluxLink™ magnetic coupling technology for reinforced isolation feedback (eliminating optocouplers), it achieves exceptional constant voltage (CV) and constant current (CC) regulation with ±5% accuracy.
