LNK625DG-TL Energy-Efficient Off-Line Switcher IC 100kHz SO-8C

The LNK625DG-TL, developed by Power Integrations, is a high-performance, energy-efficient offline AC-DC switcher IC belonging to the LinkSwitch®-CV family, designed for accurate primary-side constant-voltage (CV) control without requiring an optocoupler. Housed in a compact 7-pin SO-8C surface-mount package, it integrates a 725V high-voltage power MOSFET, enabling a wide universal AC input range of 85V to 265V and delivering up to 8W continuous power (13.5W peak) for low-to-medium power applications. Operating at a fixed 100kHz switching frequency with frequency jittering for EMI reduction, this RoHS-compliant device supports an industrial temperature range of –40°C to +150°C, making it ideal for cost-sensitive, compact, and reliable power supply designs.

This IC combines high integration, low power consumption, and robust protection.
