The QS32X245Q2G is a high-performance high-speed CMOS Quickswitch double-width bus switch from Renesas Electronics (formerly IDT), designed for low-noise, high-speed signal routing and isolation in industrial and embedded applications. It integrates 16 high-speed bus switches in a flow-through pinout, featuring enhanced N-channel FETs without inherent diodes to VCC, 25Ω low on-resistance for minimal signal distortion, and zero ground bounce to ensure signal integrity. Supporting 4.75V-5.25V single power supply, it delivers ultra-low propagation delay, making it faster than conventional logic devices, with TTL-compatible control inputs for easy integration with microcontrollers. 

Operating at 4.75V-5.25V supply voltage, the QS32X245Q2G operates reliably across -40°C to 85°C industrial temperature range, ensuring stable performance in harsh environments. It features undershoot clamp diodes on all switch and control inputs for robust ESD protection, minimizing signal interference and damage. The device offers low power consumption, with minimal quiescent current, and supports high-speed signal transmission without adding propagation delay.
