The STM32H743IIT6 is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller from STM' STM32H7 series, featuring an ARM Cortex-M7 core operating at up to 480 MHz. This device delivers exceptional computational power with a double-precision FPU and DSP instructions, achieving up to 1027 DMIPS. It integrates 2 MB of dual-bank Flash memory and 1 MB of RAM, including 192 KB of tightly coupled memory (TCM) for deterministic real-time performance. Housed in a 176-pin LQFP package, it supports a wide voltage range from 1.62V to 3.6V and operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Its rich peripheral set includes dual CAN FD controllers, a 10/100 Ethernet MAC, USB 2.0 OTG HS/FS, three 16-bit ADCs, two 12-bit DACs, a Chrom-ART Accelerator for graphics, a JPEG codec, and a flexible memory controller supporting SDRAM and Quad-SPI memories.
