VNH5050ATR-E Motor Driver Power MOSFET Parallel, PWM PowerSSO-36 TP
The VNH5050ATR-E is an automotive-grade fully integrated H-bridge brushed DC motor driver manufactured by STMicroelectronics, built on ST's proprietary VIPower® M0 technology that efficiently integrates true power MOSFETs and intelligent signal/protection circuitry on separate dies assembled in a PowerSSO-36 TP package with electrically isolated lead frames, delivering exceptional thermal performance via exposed die pads and a fully symmetrical mechanical design that enhances manufacturability at the board level.
This driver features a maximum continuous output current of 30A with a per-leg RDS(on) of 50mΩ, supports a wide operating voltage range from 5.5V to 18V with a peak voltage tolerance up to 41V, and offers 3V CMOS-compatible inputs that can directly interface with mainstream microcontrollers to easily configure motor rotation direction, braking states and PWM speed regulation up to 20kHz, making it perfectly compatible with common embedded control platforms like STM32F4 series MCUs.
