INA139NA/3K High-Side Current Monitor Regulator  SOT-23-5

The INA139NA/3K is a high-precision high-side current shunt monitor from Texas Instruments (TI), belonging to the INA1x9 series, designed for unipolar current measurement applications. It features a complete high-side measurement circuit with 2.7V-40V wide supply and common-mode voltage range, enabling independent supply and input common-mode voltages for flexible integration. With a current output that can be converted to voltage via an external resistor, it supports adjustable gain (1V/V to over 100V/V) with a single external resistor, ultra-low typical quiescent current of 60μA, and 440kHz bandwidth for fast current response, packaged in a compact 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV) surface-mount package, ideal for space-constrained, low-power current monitoring designs.

Operating at 2.7V-40V supply voltage, the INA139NA/3K operates reliably across -40°C to 125°C industrial temperature range, with a minimum common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 100dB for stable measurement in noisy environments. It has a maximum input offset voltage of 1mV, gain error of ±2%, and input bias current of 10μA, ensuring high measurement accuracy. Fully RoHS-compliant with lead-free construction, it features excellent ESD protection and stable performance, with a maximum quiescent current of 125μA, making it suitable for battery-powered and high-precision current monitoring applications.
