INA198AIDBVR High-Precision Current Shunt Monitor Regulator SOT-23-5

The INA198AIDBVR is a high-performance single-channel current shunt monitor from TI, designed for accurate current sensing in industrial, consumer, and automotive applications. It features an ultra-wide common-mode voltage range of -16V to 80V, enabling reliable current measurement independent of its supply voltage, and offers a fixed voltage gain of 100V/V for straightforward signal scaling. With a 500kHz bandwidth and 1V/µs slew rate, it delivers rapid response for real-time current monitoring, while its low 900µA maximum quiescent current ensures energy efficiency, making it ideal for battery-powered devices. 

Operating across an extended -40°C to 125°C temperature range, the INA198AIDBVR operates from a single 2.7V to 18V supply voltage, supporting flexible integration into various system designs. It features a maximum input offset voltage of 2mV, 2.5µV/°C typical input offset drift, and 1% maximum gain error, ensuring high measurement accuracy across varying operating conditions. With a minimum 100dB common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and low input bias current (16µA maximum at 12V), it effectively rejects noise and interference in electrically noisy environments.
