ISO1432BDWR 12Mbps Isolated RS-485/RS-422 Transceiver

The ISO1432BDWR is a high-integration, galvanically isolated full-duplex RS-485/RS-422 transceiver designed by Texas Instruments (TI), delivering robust communication in harsh industrial environments. Housed in a space-saving SOIC-16 (300mil) package (10.30 x 7.50mm), it supports a maximum data rate of 12 Mbps and features a 5 kV rms isolation rating, certified to UL 1577 and DIN VDE V 0884-11:2017-01 standards. Operating with a logic-side supply (VCC1) of 1.71 V to 5.5 V and a bus-side supply (VCC2) of 3 V to 5.5 V, it is optimized for mixed-signal systems requiring signal isolation. The device integrates a high-common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 100 kV/µs (typical), ensuring reliable data transmission even in electrically noisy environments.
