LM224ADR Operational Amplifier 4 Circuit 14-SOIC

The LM224ADR is a high-performance quad-channel operational amplifier (op-amp) manufactured by Texas Instruments (TI), designed for versatile linear signal processing in cost-sensitive and space-constrained applications. Housed in a 14-pin SOIC surface-mount package (8.65×3.90mm footprint, 1.75mm height), it operates over a commercial temperature range of -25°C to +85°C, with a wide supply voltage range of 3V to 30V (single supply) or ±1.5V to ±16V (dual supply) for flexible integration. This device features 4 independent, frequency-compensated op-amps, a 1.2MHz gain bandwidth product (GBP), 500mV/μs slew rate, 3mV input offset voltage, and 1.4mA quiescent current, ensuring stable and accurate signal amplification, while being RoHS-compliant and MSL 1-rated for unlimited shelf life.

Equipped with robust performance and user-friendly features, the LM224ADR supports a wide range of linear applications without external compensation components. Its input common-mode voltage range includes ground, and the output can swing close to the supply rails, enhancing flexibility in low-voltage systems. It integrates low input bias current (15nA typical), 70dB common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR), and built-in EMI suppression to minimize signal distortion and interference. The device is unity-gain stable, capable of driving up to 30mA output current, and compatible with TTL/CMOS logic levels, making it suitable for signal conditioning, filtering, voltage comparison, and amplification tasks with minimal external components.
