The SN74LVC1G08QDBVRQ1 is a single 2-input positive-AND gate designed for automotive and industrial applications, featuring a wide supply voltage range of 1.65V to 5.5V.  Manufactured by Texas Instruments (TI), this AEC-Q100 Grade 1-qualified device operates reliably in extreme temperatures (-40°C to +125°C) and supports 5V VCC operation.  Its overvoltage-tolerant inputs accept up to 5.5V, enabling seamless integration with mixed-voltage systems.  The chip delivers a robust ±24mA output drive at 3.3V while maintaining ultra-low static power consumption (10μA max).  Packaged in a compact SOT-23-5 (2.9mm × 1.6mm) or DRY (1.45mm × 1.00mm) SMD format, it is ideal for space-constrained designs.  Key features include Ioff circuitry for live insertion/partial power-down protection, latch-up immunity exceeding 100mA (JESD 78, Class II), and ESD protection up to 2000V HBM, 200V MM, and 1000V CDM.
