The SN74LVC1G97QDCKRQ1 is an automotive-grade configurable multiple-function logic gate from Texas Instruments' 74LVC family, housed in a 6-pin SOT-SC70 (DCK) package and qualified to AEC-Q100 for use in automotive electronics, body control modules, infotainment systems, advanced driver-assistance systems and other harsh-environment applications requiring extended -40 °C to 125 °C operation. As a single-circuit three-input configurable gate, the device supports a wide 1.65 V to 5.5 V VCC range and accepts input voltages up to 5.5 V, making it highly suitable for mixed-voltage designs, level-translation pre-stages and glue-logic consolidation across 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V and 5 V rails. 

The integrated Schmitt-trigger inputs provide different positive-going (VT+) and negative-going (VT-) thresholds that clean up slow or noisy edges, improving noise immunity in electrically demanding automotive environments. An important Ioff feature safely disables the outputs during partial-power-down conditions, preventing damaging back-current flow through the device, and the low quiescent current of 10 µA maximum helps meet strict automotive power-budget targets. Robustness is further ensured by latch-up performance exceeding 100 mA per JESD 78 Class II and ESD protection beyond JESD 22 levels, namely 2000 V human-body model (A114-A), 200 V machine model (A115-A) and 1000 V charged-device model (C101), giving designers confidence in long-term field reliability.
