TL084CNS quad JFET-input amplifier 14-SO

The TL084CNS, manufactured by TI, is a high-performance quad JFET-input operational amplifier housed in a 14-SOIC surface-mount package, designed for commercial-grade electronic systems with an operating temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. It operates reliably on single supplies from 7V to 36V or dual supplies from ±3.5V to ±18V, integrating four independent amplifiers with a 3MHz gain-bandwidth product, 13V/μs slew rate, and ultra-low 37nV/√Hz input noise density at 1kHz. This BiFET device combines high-voltage JFET and bipolar transistors, delivering high input impedance, low input bias current, and excellent signal integrity for audio, industrial, and instrumentation applications.

This unity-gain stable quad op amp offers extremely low input bias current of 30pA and input offset current of 100pA, minimizing DC errors in precision circuits. It provides a wide common-mode voltage range including VCC+, 86dB common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR), and low offset voltage temperature coefficient of 2μV/°C for consistent performance across varying conditions. The device features output short-circuit protection, internal frequency compensation, and latch-up free operation, with low quiescent current of 1.4mA per channel for power efficiency.
