TL431AQDBZRQ1 shunt regulator IC

The TL431AQDBZRQ1 from Texas Instruments is an automotive-grade, programmable precision shunt regulator IC designed for high-reliability voltage reference and feedback control applications in harsh automotive environments.  This advanced three-terminal adjustable regulator operates from a wide cathode voltage range of 2.5V to 36V with a reference voltage accuracy of ±0.5% at 25°C, making it ideal for switching power supplies, battery management systems, and over-voltage protection circuits in automotive electronics.
