TLV3201AIDCKR 40ns Ultra-Low Power Comparator

The TLV3201AIDCKR is a single-channel, high-speed, micropower analog comparator from Texas Instruments, engineered to deliver exceptional speed-power efficiency in a miniature form factor. Housed in a tiny 5-pin SC70 surface-mount package, it combines an ultra-fast 40ns propagation delay with a mere 40µA quiescent current, making it ideal for battery-powered and space-constrained applications. It operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply, features rail-to-rail inputs that extend 200mV beyond the supply rails, and offers a push-pull output stage for direct logic interfacing.
