TLV74033PDQNR LDO linear voltage regulator IC Positive Fixed 1 Output 300mA

The TLV74033PDQNR is a high-performance, low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator from Texas Instruments, specifically engineered to deliver a fixed 3.3V output with excellent accuracy, low noise, and high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR). Designed for noise-sensitive analog and RF circuitry, it features an ultra-low output noise of 22 µV RMS (typical) and a high PSRR of 70 dB at 1 kHz, ensuring a clean and stable supply rail even in the presence of upstream switching noise. With a maximum output current of 300 mA and a low dropout voltage of 150 mV (typical) at 200 mA, it efficiently regulates input voltages as low as 3.45V, making it ideal for post-regulation in systems powered by noisy intermediate bus voltages or batteries.

TLV74033PDQNR LDO regulator Features

This LDO regulator operates from an input voltage range of 2.5 V to 5.5 V and can deliver up to 300 mA of continuous output current. It achieves a high level of precision with a typical output voltage accuracy of ±1.0% over line, load, and temperature. The device exhibits a very low quiescent current of 55 µA (typical), which enhances efficiency in battery-powered systems. Key protection features include current limit and thermal shutdown. Its excellent transient response minimizes output deviation during load steps. The ultra-small 4-pin X2SON package with a thermal pad offers an excellent thermal performance-to-size ratio and is specified for operation over the full junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
