This advanced PMIC integrates three essential functions into a single 20-WQFN package with an exposed thermal pad: a synchronous buck controller for the VDDQ supply, a 2-A sink/source tracking low-dropout linear regulator (LDO) for the VTT termination rail, and a low-noise buffered reference voltage output (VTTREF) that tracks half of VDDQ. Operating from a wide input voltage range of 3 V to 28 V, the device delivers an adjustable output voltage from 0.7 V to 1.8 V and is specified for the industrial temperature range of –40°C to +85°C. 

The TPS51716RUKR is ideally suited for a broad spectrum of computing and networking applications requiring complete DDR memory power solutions.
