Operating from a wide input voltage range of 4.5 V to 60 V with survival capability up to 65 V for load dump pulses per ISO 7637 standards, this device provides an adjustable output voltage from 0.8 V to 58.8 V, making it highly versatile for point-of-load conversions in harsh environments. Housed in an 8-terminal thermally enhanced HSOIC PowerPAD™ package (DDA) with an exposed thermal pad for superior heat dissipation, the TPS54560DDAR operates across a junction temperature range of -40°C to 150°C, ensuring reliable performance in extreme conditions.
