TPS61240IDRVRQ1 Synchronous Boost Converter 

The TPS61240IDRVRQ1 is an AEC-Q100-qualified, 3.5 MHz fixed-frequency synchronous step-up DC-DC converter from Texas Instruments that delivers a regulated 5 V rail from a 2.3 V – 5.5 V input, supports battery currents up to 450 mA, and maintains >90 % efficiency while needing only three external components (2 × ceramic capacitor + 1 × 2.2 µH inductor) in a 2 mm × 2 mm WSON-6 package with <13 mm² total solution footprint .

● Automotive infotainment & cluster: post-boost 5 V rail for CAN, USB-OTG or SBC supplies that must survive cold-crank down to 2.3 V 

● ADAS cameras & sensors: tiny footprint and low EMI (<13 mm²) fit behind CMOS imagers; Grade-3 (–40 °C to +85 °C) or Grade-2 (–40 °C to +105 °C) options support camera modules inside heated windshields
