The TPS62740DSST is a high-efficiency, ultra-low quiescent current synchronous step-down (buck) converter from Texas Instruments, optimized for battery-powered and energy-harvesting applications demanding minimal power consumption. Operating from a 2.2V to 5.5V input voltage, it supports 16 selectable output voltages ranging from 1.8V to 3.3V in 100mV steps via four VSEL pins, delivering up to 300mA of output current. Featuring a typical 360nA quiescent current and up to 90% efficiency at a mere 10µA load, it maximizes battery life in always-on systems. Utilizing TI's RF-friendly DCS-Control™ topology at a 2MHz switching frequency, it enables a tiny total solution size with a 2.2µH inductor and 10µF output capacitor.
