TXS0102DQMR voltage level translator, bidirectional level shifter IC

The TXS0102DQMR is a dual-bit bidirectional voltage-level translator designed to facilitate seamless communication between different voltage domains, making it ideal for mixed-voltage systems.  This device features an automatic direction-control mechanism, eliminating the need for a direction pin and simplifying circuit design.  With a wide operating voltage range (1.2V to 3.6V on the A-side and 1.65V to 5.5V on the B-side), it ensures compatibility with both low-voltage and high-voltage logic families, including LVTTL, LVCMOS, and SSTL.  The TXS0102DQMR supports high-speed data transmission with a typical propagation delay of as low as 2ns, making it suitable for high-frequency applications such as memory interfaces, consumer electronics, and industrial systems.  Its push-pull output configuration ensures strong driving capability, while the ESD protection on all pins enhances reliability in harsh environments.  Housed in a compact SC70 (6-pin) package, it offers space-efficient solutions for space-constrained designs.
