AOZ2264QI-18

The AOZ2264QI-18 is a high-efficiency, synchronous buck regulator designed to deliver up to 4A of continuous output current. This compact and highly integrated device is ideal for a wide range of applications, including portable devices, industrial equipment, and automotive systems. Featuring a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V, the AOZ2264QI-18 offers excellent efficiency and power conversion capabilities.
